1.1 By placing an order with Pica Smm, you automatically accept all terms of service listed below, regardless of whether you read them or not.

Just Another Panel fees are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy remains in effect in the event of fee changes. Just Another Panel does not guarantee a delivery time or a delivery rate for any services. We provide our best estimate of when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimate, and Just Another Panel will not refund orders that are in the process of being processed if you feel they are taking too long. All orders without a refill period are non-refillable, even if they face a 100% drop, request refill services. Just Another Panel strives to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

1.5 Any malicious/abusive actions may result in your account with us being suspended. Before suspension, users will be given time to use up any remaining balance. Opening a new account after suspension will result in your account being closed, even if you have a balance.

Services

2.1 Just Another Panel will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or social media account and help boost your "Appearance".

2.2 We do NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we only guarantee that you will receive the followers you paid for.

2.3 We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, complete bio, and published photos, although we strive to make this a reality for all accounts.

2.4 You may not submit anything to the Just Another Panel website, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or appropriate for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or social media community.

2.5 Private accounts will not receive refunds! Please make sure your account is public before placing your order.

2.6 Important: We strive to provide clear and honest information about our services. The followers, likes, and views provided are artificial and not real individuals or authentic interactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the service name or description.

2.7 These services are purely artificial and do not represent genuine user engagement.

2.8 It is your responsibility to review and understand the policies of the platforms you use.

2.9 Just Another Panel does not endorse or encourage any form of deceptive practices, such as misleading others about the nature of the work offered.

Return policy

3.1 No refunds will be made to your payment method. Once a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on Just Another Panel orders.

3.2 You agree that after completing a payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.

3.3 If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we delivered to your Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account of your customer.

3.4 Orders placed on Just Another Panel will not be refunded or cancelled once they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Just Another Panel account if the order is not delivered.

3.5 Lost or private account orders do not qualify for refunds. Please make sure to confirm each order before placing it.

3.6 Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in your account being terminated. There are no exceptions.

3.7 Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct number of followers/likes in that case. We will not refund such orders.

Privacy Policy

4.1 This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all steps to protect your personal information.

4.2 Any personal information received will only be used to fulfill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved on secure servers.
